List of Important Kitchen Utensils used in an Indian Kitchen for Everyday Cooking:

  1. Roti Rack – this metal rack, generally made of stainless steel, is used over heated electric stove to puff up the rotis, chapatis and phulkas. The Roti rack is very inexpensive and available at most Indian supermarkets.
