Peach Milkshake without Ice Cream Recipe with step by step photos and easy to follow instructions:

This Peach Milkshake without Ice Cream recipe yields milkshake that is lip-smacking and loaded with nutrients. Milkshakes are treats to your taste buds at any time of the day, but they don’t always make us feel very proud after we consume them. This Peach Milkshake, you can enjoy at anytime without feeling a one bit guilty. It is a healthy, low fat and perfectly sweet milkshake without any added sugar. You can serve this Peach Milkshake to your little ones to enjoy without being concerned about the sugar content.

Peach Milkshake

I love the peach season. Days are getting cooler, the wind is crisp, leaves are changing color and the supermarkets have tons of late summer fruits. This is my favorite time of the year when I can enjoy the bounty of the nature. Baskets full of beautiful bright yellow/orange color peaches, make me want to grab all of those baskets and take it home! I just made the Peach Rice Pudding a few days back and it was delicious.

Peach Milkshake

Peach Milkshake made with fresh peaches is so refreshing and full of flavor. I skip the ice cream part and add soaked walnuts for creamy texture of the milkshake. Walnuts are excellent source of protein, fiber, omega-3, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. I add dates for sweetness. Dates are nature’s perfect package of healthy fiber, vitamins and minerals which helps our body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and protein.

Lastly, I add a touch of nutmeg to enhance the peach fruity scent. I think, nutmeg blends so well with autumn flavors. Instead of adding ice to the Peach Milkshake, I freeze some milk in cubes and add that to the shake to maintain the thickness of the milkshake. Do try this super tasty milkshake before the fresh peaches are gone!
